What is our refund policy?
At Lisse Tea, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction and enjoyment of our teas. Our refund policy is designed with your best interests in mind, under the following conditions:
Eligibility: We understand the urge to reconsider, but due to personal hygiene standards and specific merchant restrictions, we have sole discretion and assess each situation for refund. And we only set 5 days for a valid reason for a refund. Refunds maybe case to case and we cannot guarantee the item hasn't been exposed to external factors that could have caused the issue. Please send us an email or contact us via Facebook about your concern along with the order number and our accommodating staff will attend to your request.
To be eligible for a refund, please keep the product as you received it from the courier. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will let you know if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded 50% - 100% on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Sale Items: Please note, items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Gift Sets: We make sure that our gift sets are packed and shipped securely, there are external factors from the delivery and shipment, and we may only refund a certain percentage with proof and as we have been contacted immediately after receiving the item from courier to report the issue.
