🚚 When will I receive my order?

NOTES:

📅 Dispatch Time: Orders are shipped 2-3 days after placement, excluding weekends. Depending on the chosen courier.

Luzon: Delivery takes 3 to 4 business days.

Visayas: Expect delivery within 5 to 7 business days.

Mindanao: Expect delivery within 7 to 21 business days.

📞 Delivery Communication: Our courier partner will contact you with delivery updates.

💵 Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, we provide Cash on Delivery (COD) for all purchases only via LBC

💳 What other payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery(COD) via LBC, GCash, Major Debit and Credit Cards, GrabPay, Maya, GoTyme, ShopeePay etc. via checkout page. 

📦 Do you offer FREE Shipping?

Yes! Free shipping is available for orders P799 and above.

❌ How can I cancel my order?

Please contact us in less than 24 hours from the time of order. Unfortunately, if the order/s have already been shipped, we are unable to cancel them. It is also non refundable..

📍 How do I track my order?

We will send out tracking numbers via SMS and/or email once your order is shipped. Usually it takes 4-7 business days for your order to arrive at your doorstep depending on your chosen courier.

• For LBC:  Your tracking number will be uploaded and you can use that to track your order on LBC's website.

A notification will be sent when your order is dispatched through your registered email address.
